I like the control that I get with the Cupid shape wear. It's has the firmness that I was hoping for when I need to look my best. It shapes any bulges into a more flattering look. It does a great job for me!
I needed this for back support. The fit is good, it's easy to wear and it doesn't show under clothes. The price is reasonable and the quality is just fine.
This item is perfect for getting rid of muffin top. Its comfortable, compresses, stays put and gives more confidence to wearing the clothes that are normally too clingly or tight. love it!
I have been using this brand for the last 10 years and replace them every 2 years. It is only comfortable if you remove the metal rods. It digs in your ribs and legs when you sit down. Once you remove them from the top of each seam, still works the same.
I'm a size 10-12 and bought a large, It is easy to put on and take off. Bought this just to use on Sundays--I wear dresses to church and wanted a smoother line. (During the week wear pants and tops to work.) Many of the dresses are knits and when I sit, there is this "roll" around the middle. This smooths that out nicely and feels comfortable. I wasn't looking for something to make my stomach flat--just to make things look better. This fit the bill.
This is a good quality cincher. It was a little hard getting it on the first time. I step into it, since its impossible to get over my head. There is no snaps, buttons or zipper. However, it does what i needed it to do and it's comfortable to wear all day. I've even worn it to bed a few times (i had liposuction done on my tummy and had to wear it around the clock.) The quality is very sturdy and should last a long time.
I bought this expecting it to have hooks, snaps, or velcro to put it on. It had none of the above. You have to pull it up like a skirt. Seeing that I have hips, and a post partum belly, this is not easy. I also tried to get it over my head, but it got stuck going on, and my husband had to yank it off me while laughing hysterically. If you are a size 2, you will have no issues getting this on. But if you were a size 2, why would u need to buy this product? I will keep it bc I hate doing returns.
I wear a 16-18 and the 1X that was purchased had to be returned because it wouldn't even come over my thighs, so I tried a 2X and it pulled up perfectly except I was unable to reach the back so that it would pull up evenly. So, I returned that one as well...it really does hold.
I purchased this Cupid waist cincher in size medium. I have replaced this cincher a few times over several years as they stretch out after a period of time. It works okay as far as containing the belly fat, but it doesn't reduce my waist measurement. The boneing shows thru certain fabrics, and it can be uncomfortable at times, especially around the back where it can push up back bra fat if you don't adjust it just right. It's the minimum support shaper just to wear under tops to smooth the belly-button bulge. A size small probably would work much better, but it only comes in a medium. My waist measures 31 1/2 inches-I'm looking for a shaper that will get it down to 30" or 29"-if anyone knows of one, please let me know! I'm tired of spending money on shapers that really don't work, and are just okay!
I've been buying these for many many years. It looks like they changed where it is made. One says Nicaragua and the original was made in Mexico. I still have my old one but I do not like the new one. It doesn't provide any support and it's extremely stretchy. The old one used to really cinch and this one just makes me look rounder and doesn't hold anything in. I'm very sad that I will not be buying these again.
