These work really well. I have back problems and I use these it last long and helps a lot. I've also used it for neck pain.

Relief
I have chronic nerve pain in my lower back and these patches help to relieve discomfort so I can rest at night. They do really work for 20 hours

Walmart shipping of products sucks
The shipping from Walmart was terrible. These arrived in a bag which looked like it had seen better days. These arrived and the outer box of the product was torn and had looked like it had been stepped on. I don't know if the product is any good since it is activated by air. This is why I do not order any items on line from Walmart. This is not the 1st time this has happened

Overrated, Junk. Don't waste your time
I've been trying to nurse hyperextended tendons in my arm/elbow for 3 months without creams or painkillers. Slowly it's somewhat improved by the attention and rest given. However, I decided to try a adhesive patch on the affected area yesterday. What a crock!! Total waste of money!!!! It didn't stay on the skin as advertised and never got warm. Really a huge letdown.
