I purchased this item for an international trip. It was recommended to bring a. travel first aid kit. It will fit well in my carry on. There is enough room to add a few more items from your own medicine cabinet if you wish.

It brings 80 items in a small clear plastic case. It has alcohol pads, acetaminophen, triple antibiotic, hand cleansing wipes and bandages in small, medium and large sizes.
