It feels like it provides decent support while still being able to move without it getting too hot. His knee felt better very quickly after putting it on! We also really liked the grip dots on the top and bottom, it made for a very secure fit! We are very glad to have this when we need it!

The top and bottom of the sleeve are the same size, so if your upper leg is bigger than your calf, the top part might feel a bit tighter. Wasn't uncomfortable for me, just something I noticed. This brace stays clean and smell free. It is easy to wash and wear. I like the support, it keeps my knee from pinching (MCL and patella issues) and the compression is light but helps with blood flow. The brace does slide down a bit during strenuous activity. For everyday wear this brace is comfortable and great for mild support.

I like the fabric, it's nice and soft on the skin. It also has nonslip elastic in the inside which helps make it stay in place. I did not do any physical activity with this yet, so I cannot speak on that. I am not sure if they have a smaller size than S/M but can see this size being a little too big for a very petite person. Overall I like it.

Fits very tight. cuts off circulation. Yes, i followed the dize guide chart. i am not obese. more regular. 21" is my measurement and XL is too small.
