My neck comes out of place quite frequently and I need the heat part to ease the pain I also use it to is cramping during my woman time of the month and my husband has used it to ease sore muscles. Never used it quite frequently and would highly recommend this to others.

I find myself using the Hot or Cold Reusable Compress often for when I have randomly done something to make my joints scream in pain.

You can either place this in the microwave to warm it up or you can place it in the freezer to make it cold. Make sure the compress is at room temperature before placing in the microwave or freezer. This compress is a good size for targeted relief. This is a very helpful product for my general body aches and pains.

This pad heats up in 60 seconds and holds the heat for a above average amount of time compared to other pads I have bought. The material it is made out of seems heavy duty and I will be buying more.

This compress does an amazing job when warmed up relaxing tight, strained muscles. But what makes this so much more useful is that you can freeze it and use it as a cold compress after a workout to aid in recovery. I love this compress.
