I've noticed that the day after pt I'm not as sore or fatigued when using this product. I'll keep some on hand and keep using it and hopefully the results hold up

I have tendon issues in my thumb and rest and was given some from a physical therapist but didn't work as well as this does. This is the first time that I ran across this product and I absolutely love it! It was great heart, which you are also able to cut smaller Or in half. My husband has shoulder and knee problems and commented it helped him. It comes with a handy guide on how to place the tape to different areas of the body. This is my new go to product, I love it!

I purchased this product a month ago and it sure does deliver,I had neck Pain and this worked great,so I used it during my 20-30min work-outs on my wrist and ankles and a strip or two on my back or Hip,it's according on the work-out I'am doing at the time. But I told my kids aboout this product also,so now my Son's wear it when they're playing basket-ball on thier wrisk and so does my Daughter the new Serena Williams,she wanna be like her Cousin so bad Playing tennis herself. So this product is for the active Person I may add,and they even calm the pain in your fingers for being on the computer for so long by placing a strip across your wrisk while on your laptop.

It is a very helpful thing to keep on hand if you have athletes in the family. It can make the difference for whether or not you can participate in a game or go for your run.

They come in precut strips easy to peal off the tapes backing. The tape tape stretches to help relax muscles. Best sports tape ever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got CURAD performance series IRONMAN because I am a runner and my knees are starting to suffer from my long runs day after day. I started buying things that helped only a little bit, but when I got my CURAD it was like magic. I use them not only for my races but also when I have knee pain. I even gave some to my mum who suffers from arthritis. The size of the strips is perfect and they fit great. It prevents and alleviates the pain. I am so glad that I got it. It is a great kinesiology tape. I am so glad my running friends recommended it to me because now I cannot live without it. Importantly, you can keep it on for several days!!!

There are instructions, but a bit "confusing." It's easier to find your pain and just tack on the strip. I had one blister on the upper thigh area and slight itch behind the knee, but they seem to work okay....after 1.5-2 days of applying the strips....though not sure where the "infrared" is on the strip.
