It's long enough to wrap around parent my thigh even. I love that you can use it with or without the cold pack in it. The cold pack holds the temperature for a long time as well.

The design of this support allowed me to able to get up and do my daily tasks instead of me losing portions of my day icing my ankle. I am able to walk around and do my house chores which in my personal life is super effective. The size of the ice pack is something I loved as well. It did not take much room up in my freezer as a tradition ice pack did. As soon it's cold, I just slide it into the strap and I'm good to go, super easy set up!

This Curad support brace is an awesome hot/cold wrap solution. It's simple to use and holds your desired temperature for a long time. I love how easy the adjustable strap is and the Velcro feels more durable than other brands I've tried. My only complaint is that I wish it was a little longer and the ice pack was a little bigger. Otherwise love this and will definitely be using it as needed after runs.

I use ice or heat depending on what the problem feels like. I also use it on my knee. Fits perfectly. I use castor oil packs all the time with a heating pad. This works great in place of the heating pad and keeps the flannel cloth in place. Super easy to use. Put in the freezer or microwave and slide the pack into its sleeve and its got good velcro to close it up. Would recommend! Would buy again! Good item to have in the house for just in case situations. Love this thing!

It lasted longer than most ice packs or microwavable rice bags. It also worked good on my arm for tennis elbow. It seems to be made pretty well so I'm hoping it lasts long as it will be getting a lot of use.
