This Curad support brace is an awesome hot/cold wrap solution. It's simple to use and holds your desired temperature for a long time. I love how easy the adjustable strap is and the Velcro feels more durable than other brands I've tried. My only complaint is that I wish it was a little longer and the ice pack was a little bigger. Otherwise love this and will definitely be using it as needed after runs.

I've used the heat option and it uses your body heat as well as the heat so it lasts a long time with is great! I would definitely recommend. If you need it for should or back you can use it without the compression as well.

It's long enough to wrap around parent my thigh even. I love that you can use it with or without the cold pack in it. The cold pack holds the temperature for a long time as well.

I had a previous injury from my shoulder down to my elbow and it helps alleviate the pain when I wrap it around my bicep! My preference is using the cold pack but love the option to warm it up! My only complaint is that it's kind of heavy and hard to wrap around certain areas and keep consistent pressure so it doesn't slide around. All in all would recommend!
