Even while I was sweating it didn't come off. But I am not a big sweater. So for me it was perfect. Instructions simple to understand.

I purchased this product a month ago and it sure does deliver,I had neck Pain and this worked great,so I used it during my 20-30min work-outs on my wrist and ankles and a strip or two on my back or Hip,it's according on the work-out I'am doing at the time. But I told my kids aboout this product also,so now my Son's wear it when they're playing basket-ball on thier wrisk and so does my Daughter the new Serena Williams,she wanna be like her Cousin so bad Playing tennis herself. So this product is for the active Person I may add,and they even calm the pain in your fingers for being on the computer for so long by placing a strip across your wrisk while on your laptop.

I love that this replaces an old bandage wrap that actually has an added benefit of Infrared technology to bring added relief. Curad has enclosed a most useful guide with pictures on how to properly wrap any part of your body and each strip is already measured to length making your wrap foolproof. It is very flexible and you won't even notice it's there and also stays in place should you stay active.

They come in precut strips easy to peal off the tapes backing. The tape tape stretches to help relax muscles. Best sports tape ever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kinesiology Tape helps my back pain so much, it helps me to not move the muscles that are inflamed and gives me a bit of support to move correctly-as I should. My Mom took pictures the last time my Therapist taped me and she goes by the pictures to retape me-my Therapist said that is how you should do it.

It is a very helpful thing to keep on hand if you have athletes in the family. It can make the difference for whether or not you can participate in a game or go for your run.

I've noticed that the day after pt I'm not as sore or fatigued when using this product. I'll keep some on hand and keep using it and hopefully the results hold up

I looked up a good wrap technique online and use this tape. The K tape had great adhesion and good elasticity. The warming effect provided some relief. Overall am happy with this product
