[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not a big kinesiology tape guy, but I have used it in the past with very mild success. This stuff seems convenient to use. No scissors are required to cut this stuff as they are precut strips (2"x10" strips). The strips have some stretch and they do stick well. I did notice that they didn't pull any hair off, so that was nice.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm really impressed with this tape and the versatility. It's way to apply and really does reduce pain. I tore my rotator cuff a few months ago and after applying the tape in the way they show in the instructions I did feel relief. I do like that they have precut strips so it makes it easy to apply on the go without having to worry too much about having scissors available. Even though I got this in exchange for a review I would highly recommend this tape for anyone out there that has spots injuries and need some relief
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall pretty happy with this tape. I would rate the adhesion level about 7/10. Does a pretty good job at sticking where I put it, I do feel the tape is thinner than others I have tried but overall a decent product.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never heard of a tape that can help you heal something that you have sprained, or when you have stress, but this tape has it all, and surprisingly it is really confortable, for when you are doing activities, it can stay up to a year, and not get worn out that easy. This tape makes the stress go away for a short period of time.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As soon as I put on the tape on my lower back, I could feel my soreness and pain eleviate on my 5 mile run. During the run the tape did not move even on a 90 degree day. First time using this tape and love it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been thoroughly impressed with the Curad Performance Series IRONMAN Maximum Grip Kinesiology Tape, thanks to cotton‑and‑elastic blend, allowing to move naturally with my muscles without restricting motion. I like it Water-resistant, breathable, and reusable. It worked really well on my knee. Highly recommend if you do any athletic performance.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an awesome product. This far infrared kinesiology tape is great for managing pain and relieving pressure from muscle tension and strain. The far infrared technology is able to penetrate beneath the skin and provides a soothing effect. Very easy to apply and adhere well to the skin. They're sweat and water resistant so you don't have to worry about them peeling off right away.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had muscle strain here and there throughout my young life, probably due to fitness and sports. Even some other injuries. First time trying tape and it actually helps support the muscle region that causes stress, pain, cramp like feelings. The tape even prevents or restrains the muscles from feeling strain or spasms. It grips very good and flexes well with movement. You can apply this literally anywhere you'd like, with no discomfort. It feels very durable for sports, fitness, outdoors, really every day life.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was provided this item in exchange for a fair and honest review. I have a shoulder that has been bothering me for a bit now, so I decided to try this on it. I was actually surprised by how well it helped. And how much less painful the removal was than I expected would recommend
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ended up using this KT tape on a couple different places, my lower back and the arch of my foot. It stuck really really well, I had it on for a couple days and obviously took a number of showers worked out and this tape stayed on the whole time. Occasionally in the area where I taped my arch I would get a little bit of roll up on the edge when I would put my sock on. I'm completely new to kinesiology tape so I don't really know how to judge it based on others, but the tape had obviously good adhesion, seems durable (I mean it stuck on and stayed and didn't fall apart), and I didn't really notice it was there when I had it on. It honestly stretched much more than I was anticipating, I was expecting it to be quite stiff. When I did eventually take it off they didn't leave any residue or anything like that. I actually felt a tangible benefit in arch support for the arch tape but not so much for the back. That leads me to my main complaint, the directions that were included for the tape are pretty bad. Hard to follow and confusing, so if I was doing this for real and for a lengthy period of time I would probably YouTube some videos, look online, or get some help from somebody who knows what they're doing like a physical therapist.
