I used it on a wound that came from a nee pair of sandals. It only stung a little bit. I believe it cleaned the wound well and helped it start healing.

It didn't seem to burn or bother her any. It cleaned her knees up really well and she was starting to heal up within just a few short days.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want to say this does work, but again is one of those things you really don't know if it's better than soap and water, or any other similar product, I did have surgery on my leg and I did use it for would cleaning and care, and it did sting a little but i want to say it did clean my wound, would I go out of my way and buy it probably not, I will continue using it and see especially if we get hurt, scratch, irritation and see, like the packaging that's just a spray and not a squeeze bottle. It did not sting and it didn't have a smell but it was very effective at helping it stay clean and not getting infected. I really loved it and will continue to use it on every wound we get in our family and buy more when we run out.

This spray bottle is a simple 1,2. Used this on my husbands knife cut on his finger and he reports it doesn't burn. Scientifically I don't know how this works but it cleaned the would enough that when he went to wash his hands next it didn't burn. It doesn't smell like anything. Not sure if it helps with healing but as far as cleaning I think it does a good job.
