Purchased this due to my untamed edges and it was promoted on TikTok as having a strong hold. Used it for my trip to Jamaica knowing I would be in the heat and water and it held flawlessly! Thank you!

Pro: Great product and it's not greasy, holds hair down well. Con: Product is on the higher price side based on its container size. Con: You can only get this product online.

It didn't give me the hold that I needed it wasn't stiff enough for my edges maybe better for thin hair not thick course hair. I wanted to love it sooo bad!

I wish I had taken the time to read the reviews for this vendor before my purchase. I placed my order and within hours I was notified that my order would be delayed but I was willing to accept that because I was really looking forward to trying this product. Well I received my order today Jan. 17th about 2 weeks late (give or take a day or two) and upon opening the container I noticed there were no protective seals and MY PRODUCT HAD FINGER PRINTS SMUDGED INTO IT SMH. THIS VENDOR HAS HAD THIS SAME EXACT DISGUSTING AND DEPLORABLE COMPLAINT DOWN TO A “T”!!!!! WALMART SHOULD PULL WHATEVER CONTRACT WITH THIS SUPPLIER OR SELLER ETC. BEFORE SOMEONE HAS A SERIOUS PROBLEM FROM THEIR FAULTY PRODUCTS!!!

It was clear that someone had stuck their fingers into the jar, which was completely unacceptable and disrespectful. This offense has left me feeling frustrated and upset, as I had been looking forward to enjoying my purchase. In light of this situation, I am requesting a refund for the compromised product. It is important to uphold the integrity of our purchases and ensure that we receive them in the condition that they were intended to be in.
