Unfortunately I couldn't find a travel trailer in my budget to utilize, but I can assure you doing my research that the true track was the way to go. I would have not returned it if I'd have found a travel trailer to my liking. Incredibly easy to attach if you've got some basic tool knowledge and common sense.

Took a little while to get the level set but really like the way the trailer pulls. So much better than the previous hitch I had.

Excellent sway control
Towed 8000lb 28' travel trailer 120 miles. First trip with it. Much much more stable than last hitch. Well worth it!

Good.
Works ok. But a few part look to be wearing a bit fast so I recommend having a few replacement parts on hand just in case. The pitch adjustment locks on the top bolts and the the adjustment L bracket for the sway bars that attach to the rv. But for the price its a Good setup.

Curt 10000# hitch
Brackets did not fit on my frame (2" by 8" rails) could not use the hitch the way it was intended. Worked fine as a conventional hitch, I had no problems with sway pulling my 3 axle, 32' enclosed trailer on 2 3500 mile round trips from Chicago to phoenix Az. Curtis does not make brackets for 8" frames, I will probably sell it and buy a conventional hitch, much cheaper!
