Sleeve is too short.
The sleeve isn't long enough .. it moves sideways, one way or the other, and does not fully cover the length of the pin. As a result the receiver hitch moves a lot and rattles a lot. And yes, I checked others to make sure this one wasn't defective .. they were all the same .. the sleeves are too short.
