Prefect!
I ordered it online. I came to the store in two days. And I went to pick this up a day after. Everything is prefect in the box. The lady pushed the box on the cart to my car. I installed on my Honda Odyssey in 40 min (just because I need to figure out where the screw holes are). Once I figured out, the installation is only 10 min.

Took longer to take it out of the box than it did to install it. Installed in 15 minutes by myself. Perfect fit on my 2006 Honda Odyssey

Heavy and Steady.
This is my second review ever. I am getting a hang of it now. When I was buying this piece of equipment, I was not sure what to expect. I am not into online shopping for these kind of things. However it turned out to be a very good experience. I got it fitted at a store. It seems to be a perfect fit for my Honda Odyssey. I got a nice platform Bike Rack which just fits very well into the hitch. No rattling noise. A heavy and a steady piece of equipment. I am definitely impressed.
