Confer CCX-ADD Curve Add-On Unit, Warm Gray

We purchased these steps for our above ground pool. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a safe, easy way to get in and out of your pool. Kids love them and also gives them a place to sit too. Fairly easy to put together and the quality is great, color too. Seems like the steps are a good quality very heavy duty plastic material that will hopefully last for years to come.

I love the steps. We didn't put sand in them. We put water against being warned they wouldn't sink. They didn't. We bought 2 sixty pound, hard plastic pool weights, filled with sand, and attached. They are perfect! We have not attached to deck. Hoping we won't have to. We will see.

Why did I wait so long. Makes it so much easier and safer to access the pool. Great for kids, older adults, and people who may have trouble climbing ladders. There steps may collect debris under and around it that is difficult to clean but the pros outweigh the cons so far. Railings are kind of flimsy but we'll see what happens there.

We previously had a cake tier steps because we liked the look of it but they were not sturdy enough because it had no options for adding sand. What we liked about this one was you can add sand to it to help it from floating. Once you fill up the steps with sand it is very heavy you need one person in the pool guiding it and two people putting it in that's what we did.

We put the steps on the outside of the above ground pool and the other steps with the curved extension on the inside. The one in the water still moves a bit, especially when the grandkids go wild in the pool., we did weigh the sand going into the frame per instruction to make sure the steps are weighted properly. We are still trying to to figure out how we can bridge the two to give more stability and have a platform to stand on.

They look nice, was easy to put together. Not as sturdy as my last stairs, haven't had them long enough to see how they will hold up. Decent value for the money.

Steps are nice and sturdy. They do the job. They require sand in the frame to keep them from floating which is a drawback. This makes it too heavy to remove for those of us who take down pool for the winter. A better design is needed to anchor stairs with water.
