Poor customer service
Oh goodness where do I start? Upon receipt of the item ordered, the bottle did not have the “straw like” piece attached to the pump allowing for cologne to be dispersed. It is of zero use to me to give as a Christmas gift to my husband. I did send an email to the seller stating my concerns but wasn't happy with the response. They've offered for me to keep the defective item at a discounted rate (which is of NO use) or wait for a return label which won't reach me in time for Christmas. I sent several pictures as FULL proof of purchase and product defects. Just send me out a new bottle of cologne ASAP so my husband gets one of his most requested gift! I will not be purchasing from this company in the future. However, I will make it known to family and friends of the poor customer service I've received. Even with proof …. The customer isn't always right I guess with Foreverlux!!
