I was skeptical, but it really helped my piriformis syndrome. Noticed an improvement right away. Before, I couldn't sit for very long at the desk and now I don't have pain while or after sitting there all day. Saved my 4$$.

This is a great cushion it distributes the weight around when sitting, alleviates a lot of my “butt” soreness from sitting for long periods, performs pain. It's not perfect but it really does help with that pain. I've ordered another for the vehicle and use the other at the office.

it does help me very much with the pain i have in my sit bone. i do recommend it to anyone having trouble in that area.

Supporting and folds in half to save space while traveling.

Tore my piriformis muscle in my left buttock. It is painful to sit on even soft surfaces. This works great, especially while driving as it takes the pressure off.

Item is very uncomfortable, it's stiff and offers no soft comfort. I'm not sending it back because it's just too much trouble
