Custom Cakes Tmnt Sc

The cake turned out great, but the lady working in the bakery first wiped her nose on her gloved hand and then kept licking her gloved fingers and opening bags and putting rolls into the bags. Question….what is the point of wearing gloves??? Yuk!

My husband who was turning 44 really wanted a ninja turtles cake. The store called cause the kit i ordered didnt arrive. But they had an image print they could replace it with. It turned out amazing and he was very happy with it Tasted amazing too

The cake was perfectly made. The icing wasn’t too much or too sweet. The cake was a perfect texture and consistency, it was so moist. The strawberry filling was a perfect addition, again wasn’t too much to take away from the taste of the chocolate cake or the icing.

The cake was delicious and decorated very cute! Everyone was asking where it came from. However; the only thing I would change is, when I picked it up. I asked the lady if I needed a receipt to show that it was paid for. (Cause I did pay for it online). She said no, it had a sticker that says paid on it. I went through the door greeter and then a man approached me asking how I paid for it and wanted to see the receipt on my phone. Which I had no problem with doing but the way I was treated, was poorly. He made it look like I was stealing the cake. It was very embarrassing. I got my phone out and showed the man where I purchased it online and even showed him it said paid on it. I did not like the way he approached me and acted towards me at all.

I ordered this for a buddy's birthday who loves the Ninja Turtles and was not disappointed. I've had non-custom cakes from Walmart bakery before and have never been terribly impressed with them, so had low expectations of this. I was quite taken aback at how delicious this was. I opted for the strawberry filling with buttercream icing. I think these were excellent options for this cake. The decorations were fun and looked as advertised. My buddy loved it. I would order a custom cake from Walmart bakery again.

Honestly better decorating than a high end bakery my son loved this cake it fed over 25 people and everyone was happy with it.

The writing on the cake was put on the cake in the wrong direction making the background upside down. They also put the plastic decor on the cake with the plastic covers still on the bottom resulting in the cake coming off when I went to remove it to put it back on the cake without it. The staff wasn’t very friendly and had a hard time locating my order resulting in us having to wait longer than we should’ve and they weren’t busy. I had 2 little kids with me.

Day before my grandson's birthday, We headed over to pic up the cake, i was worried wed be 2 early, so we called and was told its been thrown in the trash! just like that. so i told here we still had a day %26 1/2 to pic up must of been a mistake, but he picked out one and had a Happy Birthday after all!!!! The cake I received was very different from what I ordered %26 I was not notified that there’d be a change. The cake I got was very dry, the icing was wayyyy too thick %26 a dark purple even though I ordered white. There was so much food dye in it, tasted chemically. Just disgusting. The kids wouldn’t even eat it. On top of that they spelled my kids name wrong even though I verified the correct spelling on my order. Will never order from Walmart bakery again!
