Customizable 520 Piece Premium Photo Puzzle 16x20

Made mom happy, and that was the goal. Be careful in what you choose, and if the quality is BETTER than what they recommend, then all the better. if you have to crop and then enlarge the pic for a better fit, that will lower the quality. She loved it.

The puzzle was really nice, quality picture even though it said it might be pixelated due to the photo being old. I was pleasantly surprised. The only downfall was that the pieces don't necessarily "click" together or stay together which made it difficult to glue and frame. Otherwise it was a great gift!

Decided to try this out on a personal picture, Comes in a nice box, appears to have clean cuts on pieces and the print looks good. We haven't had an opportunity to put it together yet buit have high hopes. Again looks great just judging by weight of pieces and the quality of the print on the pieces.

We ordered 9 of these as Christmas gifts for family. They came timely, the color and crispness of the pictures we used are true to the pictures we loaded. The box itself had sticker labeling with Walmart branding and such that I felt was excessive and not very attractive. I was able to use an exacto knife to cut out and remove parts of the sticker improving the overall look, but it did mar the box enough it had to touch it up with a black marker. They have not all been assembled yet, but one was missing an edge piece and included a duplicate piece that likely came from one of the other puzzles we ordered.

I wouldn't recommend this item. The puzzle pieces were too loose and would easily detach from each other. The slightest movement of the puzzle would cause the pieces to go everywhere. The picture quality was good, as was the sturdiness off the pieces.

I ordered this as a gift for my friend's birthday because she loves puzzles, however, when she finished it, it wasn't what I expected. The picture was fuzzy once completed. Furthermore, it was missing a piece dead center in the middle. Normally this could be user era but it clearly was not as there was an extra piece included (assumed to be the missing piece) but it didn't fit anywhere in the puzzle. This kind of era is unacceptable as she likes to preserve her puzzles and use them as decoration. It's really upsetting as this is the only personalized puzzle she has.

The puzzle pieces were so loose that you couldn't tell if you had the correct piece or not. It made the entire puzzle essentially worthless. The image looked fine, but the order process was a mess with Walmart doubling the order without approval. We had to go through the process for a refund and return for product we were charged for, but never ordered.

Great idea! The grandkids love doing these. Pieces and quality are good. Except, after doing 3 puzzles, 2 of 3 so far were MISSING A PIECE! I am not holding out much hope for the other 5 puzzles. Missing pieces are so disappointing. Shipped quickly, though one box damaged in transit(cardboard boxes aren't tough enough for the rough handling. I've had them from another company that ships in aluminum containers.

The photo was cut off a little, but more importantly, there is at least one piece missing! We first did the edges (as we always do), and one very obvious piece is missing. We went through the puzzle pieces four times, and nope... it was missing. We haven't even bothered to finish the puzzle because it would be a waste. Pretty sad.

The pieces were very small for a 520-piece puzzle. They came apart almost every time I was putting other pieces in the puzzle. The picture on the box was high quality but the pieces of the actual puzzle were very blurry. It was also missing a corner piece making it even harder to keep the edge pieces together. Ended up returning because it just wasn't worth the amount of money paid.
