great quality and service
It was very simple to find the replacement battery and the price was excellent. When I received the batteries, they were well packaged and simple to install. The second set of batteries I ordered arrived the next day. Both UPS units are running well.

Good value
Battery dimensions and connections were identical to original equipment except for slightly lower amp-hour raring and insulators shielding the connectors. Functions well except for a few minutes less run time when on battery power. Similar performance at a fraction of the price of original equipment replacement batteries. We'll see if they last 12 years like the originals ...

I purchased as pictured the two battery set for my UPS. the cost covered both batteries but the seller only mailed me one battery. I will return to Walmart the one battery and purchase a set with a different seller. it's not good to cheat your customers.
