Got this PC as a gift for our son and he's THRILLED. We couldn't have built a system out of components I cobbled together on-sale, for close to this price - this was a great deal. That being said, ANYTIME you're having a built-to-order system shipped to your door, you need be be prepared (like the manual says!!) to inspect for jostled connections, cables, etc that could have come loose in shipping and would definitely affect the function of any PC. I can imagine someone who wasn't hardware-fluent might be furious, but I will say that I reached out to the manufacturer for tech support and they were quick, empathetic and helpful in answering my questions. 10/10 would recommend.
Great price for the components, fast shipping and was delivered in excellent shape. I bought my first Cyberpower PC about 10 years ago and am just as happy with them now as I was then.
I use it for video editing and it keeps up with the demand
