I am very impressed with this hose. It is super light, which makes watering my garden a breeze compared to my old heavy rubber hose. It works properly with great water pressure and doesn't tangle or crease when pulled around corners. It rolls up easily for storage. Great purchase!

I made a mistake when placing the order and had it shipped to my old address. As soon as I received the order confirmation, I realized I had used the wrong address and sent a message to Walmart to correct it. I got a message that I should notify the seller which I did right away but I never heard from them or from Walmart. At the end the item was delivered to that address so I will never receive it since I live in a different state. I know it was my mistake but I sent many messages to both the seller and Walmart and nobody ever responded.

As soon as I turned the water on the at the facet, the connect (black part) started leaky. Even trying to tighten a little bit didn't help. So I tried the attached sprayer and it did the same thing...leaking where attached to hose. It continued to leak as I cycled thru the various setting on sprayer. How do I return this item?
