Wife loves it
It's very quiet and smooth when you peddle. Very nice bike
When I received the bike, a part was broken. I contacted the seller and they responded right away and sent the part asap. They are very easy to work with. The bike so far is very sturdy and quiet. I'm glad I made this purchase. I feel if anything went wrong, the seller would do all they could to remedy the problem.
I am an 82 year old male who finds walking painful due to knee and back problems. I bought this since I cannot go to the gym with the pandemic raging. I actually like it better than the gym machine. A few comments:The seat is small and barely padded. I bought a cushion (Anzome Large Gel, Walmart) to place over the seat, and now my butt can tolerate longer that the rest of me.As advertised, it is big enough for a 6'-3" 235 lb person, with adjustments to spare. The pulse measurement is essentially useless. You must grip the sensors tightly, and then the numbers are not reliable. I plan to get a separate pulse sensor.Assembly is straightforward provided the directions and sequence are followed faithfully. The nuts and bolts are referenced by number on the bubble package. I opened the bubbles but left the parts in their respective bubbles until each one was needed. There are no spare nuts, bolts or washers; only the exact quantity needed with nothing left over.. Keep them in their bubbles until you need one. Some of the labels on the wire connections had fallen off, and I made my best guess and hooked them together as best I could guess. Fortunately everything worked on the little console.I am a lifetime woodworker and D-I-Y'r. I assembled this in my shop on a workbench. This was easier and quicker than on the floor in the house. It still took about two hours.
It is easy to put together if you read the directions. It's a very quiet machine so you can listen to tv while using it. Most importantly, I started at 270 lbs with arthritis in too many places to list. I am unable to walk or stand but for a few minutes at a time. I started riding for 5 minutes at a time and have now worked up to 20 minutes a day and down to 262 lbs. I feel better and can move more. I am very happy with the product.
The bike had a defective part but the seller contacted me and issued a partial refund and promptly shipped the replacement parts needed to fix the problem. Good customer service from the seller, and I'm a happy customer. Bike still going strong after six months of use.
Broken part purchaser the purchaser
We agree to not return and they will give me 50% credit of what I paid and they never did Am just tired to be wasting my time in this matter Be careful not to buy anything on Walmart on less is direct from the store if not just you asking for trouble and Walmart just wash there hands
The velcro don't stick very well and I keep contacting the seller because the knob that controls the bike thats keeps it in place its popping out. I am going to return it because when you get on the bike to ride it the knob pops out and causes the bike to shift apart its ridiculous. I ask for a new knob that works and they haven't returned any of my messages except for when I first messaged them..... Im going to have my nephew bring his truck and haul it right on back to Walmart cause its a waste of time and money.
Please be aware of buying this item if it breaks within 28 days as this one did You Have Absolutely No recourses from seller and No Satisfication Thur Walmart .com as they have said regardless they are not responsible for the item as a third party seller and I was told today by a supervisor that they wouldn't take a return on the Recumbent Bike. Absolutely no regard and no customer service was found My advice do Not Purchase Item Only Gave one star as it wouldn't let me put Zero as a rating Please Customers Beware
