Full throttle on flat ground, 130lb rider, we get 10 miles (30 minutes). The company told me this is normal. The quoted 55 mile range is for low power mode, pedal assist, someone even lighter.
It came with a screw missing for the handlebars. Support said I had to buy it myself. I sent a photo of the part with the missing screw, and they sent me the screw size and a link on amazon where I can buy a batch of 100 of them (it's pretty hard to buy just 1 screw online).
I went to the hardware store instead and bought just 1. Both the size and the link they sent were for the incorrect screw. Once I got the size correct, I found it needed to be a “socket cap” instead of the “button head cap” that they sent the link for. After 3 trips to the hardware store, I found the correct screw. I was reimbursed the $5 for the cost.
