It holds any phone and stays where you put it in your dash. The substance it's made of holds the phone so it too doesn't slip and fall. Right height to see over in on your dash. I didn't want to screw or stick anything to my car and this is the perfect answer.

It sticks very well to the dashboard either vertically or i a horizontal position. Light and value priced.

Bought this for my desk at work. I always keep my phone on vibrate so needed a holder made out of material that absorbed the vibration vs. hard plastic that magnifies the vibration. This works perfectly. The base keeps it from sliding around or tipping over. The rubbery material keeps vibration from disturbing others. Perfect size. I love it!

This is a very simple device. But it does stay put on the dash, and holds the cell phone securely. So easy to put phone in and pick it back up. Very simple, very cheap, but still effective.

Wish the opening was wider. My phone with protective backing will not fit. :-(

tray is not big enough to hold a gps, falls out every time you start or stop. may work on a cellphone. Guess you get what you pay for.....

I wanted it for car dash but it won't lay flat! So, I use it on my glass top (night-stand). And it sticks really well. I would've given more stars if it worked in car (curved dash) which is why I bought it ( ;

I purchased this item to hold my GPS on top of the dash. First of all I could not secure my GPS unit in this base. It continues to shift up then out of the slot. There is no adjustment for thickness. In addition, on turns the base rolls off the dashboard and onto the floor. A GPS is more tolerant of falls than a cell phone so I would steer clear of this item. The minimal cost of this base prevents me from returning it.

does not work at all. doesn't hold any size phone. its just a lil ledge to balance your phone on if youre not moving. soon as a vehicle moves at all the phone falls over.

on every turn my phone fell off this unit. i did not have a good experience with this item.
