I love these ankle weights. They are the perfect weight for me, 1lb. and my age, 74. I can do all my leg exercises with out too much effort, but still feel the burn in my upper thighs after several repetitions. Easy to wrap around my ankles and are comfortable to wear. I have pretty skinny ankles 7.5" and I will say, if someone had bigger legs, it might be a tighter fit and feel less uncomfortable but, they do have a nice stretch to them. You can also wrap these weights around your arm if you don' have Dumbbells for Arm Curls.

I'm using these as ankle weights. They're comfortable and well-made. I appreciate the adjustable velcro strap and the easy ability to slide/space the weights. I also appreciate the sturdy, closeable, flexible "bag" in which they come and can be kept. I'm sorry that I don't know how to include a photo, though the picture on the Walmart website is quite sufficient.

Used for water aerobics. They are comfortable to wear and easy to take on and off. They dry very quickly as well!!

I like them very much, enough weight were they are nit to heavy to use.

These weights are the best weights I have by far. they are slim and are not revealing under long pants. I will be wearing them around my ankles daily because of the ease of use. I highly recommend.

there the right weight for doing exercising. i recommend using them for walking. i velcro them to my ankles for walking.. legs don't tired %26 gives your legs extra exercise.

First experience with wrist weights, recommended by my fitness class instructor when you are not ready to move up to a higher weight. I've worn them at class and around the house. One pound is not much, but it does make a difference: mostly during cardio/dance. The weights slide on a velcro strap; this can cause delay when putting them on, as you might have to adjust and readjust to get them as tight as you'd like. In other words, the weights don't stay put. On the plus side, I guess you could remove a weight if it was heavier than you'd like.

Easy to put on. The elastic band can be adjusted to fit comfortably around your wrist and ankle.

good weights but the individual weight at the end came off and could not be put back on. I returned them.
