[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the taste of this product. I think I need to use it longer. I have been using it for at least two weeks. I think I can tell a little difference in some of my symptoms however I'm still waking up hot some nights.

I incorporated the product in my morning smoothies. I can see a drastic change in my symptoms, from hot sweats at night to vagina dryness. I would definitely recommend this product to others to help with menopause.

I didn't have any positive side effects either. So I'm not sure if the product works. I still experienced night sweats. My mood seemed fine, but I'm by myself mostly, so that was hard to gauge. I don't know. I just didn't feel any different from this product.

It has a very strong Berry flavor, and is quite sweet. I'm not sure if I noticed any specific changes in menopause symptoms, but it has only been a couple of weeks. I'm excited to finish the rest of the powder to see how it works.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cystex Menopause Powder I'm giving three stars. I have not had this product for long enough to be totally sure, but I think it helped my menopause symptoms a little. It is a powder that you add to liquid and it does not have a bad taste.

I even tried mixing it with juice - but the smell and aftertaste turned my stomach. Would love to see it either unflavored or maybe a different flavor. Sounds like it would be a wonderful product with all the benefits.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, this product was ok. The first time I drank it I had severe cramping. The taste was not too bad but as I drank more it was difficult to get down. The second day I used less water and drank the whole thing right away. That seemed to help taste wise. I didn't get the severe cramping but did have hot flashes. Third and fourth day same with the hot flashes but then the cramping amped up again. The fifth day was the last day I used this because the pain for me had gotten worse to the point where I just remained in bed. More than likely it was due to an over abundance of electrolytes. I did check to make sure the black cohosh in it would not interfere with regular medications I was taking so just be aware of possible interactions. I was really hoping this would ease the hot flashes and mood swings, which it did vaguely just not enough to overcome the cramping I was getting as a result. I'm not saying it would not help someone else, just not right for me.

While very tasty, it takes a lot of stirring to get the powder lumps out, so I just ended up putting it in my protein powder shaker. I didn't see any change in my hot flashes or mood swings after 15 days of using this product. I gave it a 2 on the taste alone
