This particular cystex i like best helps most with my bladder and wish i could have more of.

I struggle to sleep all night because of my schedule and the first night I took it I slept all night long the best sleep ever! I don't wake up groggy and I feel so refreshed because of the great sleep I'm getting! Would definitely recommend!

The worst part for me has always been at night trying to just sleep so this product was made for me. It gives you the pain relief and a little help so you can just sleep it off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first time using Cystex PM and I loved it. I got an headache late one evening and decided to give this Cystex Pm a try. I started to feel it working in like 15 minutes. I woke up the next day not feeling groggy or tired.

The problem with products I've tried is that I wake up feeling groggy and not refreshed. After trying this product it was hit or miss on how I felt in the morning. If you have less than 8-10 hours to sleep I wouldn't recommend this. however it does deep to kick in faster than other products I've tried.

Pros: -Felt very well rested the next day -Slept all night without interruption -My REM sleep increased on average the nights I took Cystex PM compared to night without -No hangover feeling the next morning Cons: -Took over an hour before I would start to feel tired -Same active ingredients as other common sleep aids Overall, I would take Cystex PM in the future and would recommend this sleep aid to friends

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall as a pain reliever it's good. As a sleep aid, however, I felt not so much. I woke up rather groggy amd even more tired than when I went to sleep. I am going to try it a few more days in hopes that might stop.

Maybe it wasn't because of these maybe I was just restless. I'll try them again and see if there's a difference. My tooth ache did go away so at least that part works
