I am blown away by how amazing this product works. It was friday late afternoon, and it hit me, a severe uti. I have stage 2 chronic kidney disease. Im no stranger to uti's. So it was too late to go to my drs, but i didn't want to go to the ER. UTIs are very dangerous for me because i could get sepsis really fast. I immediately go on Walmart.com and found this. The reviews were good. It has the ingredients ive been wanting to try that are supposed to help heal my kidneys. I started it right away when it got delivered to me that night. I also took the Equate antibacterial uti medicine. By the next morning, the urges and discomfort were gone. It's been a week, and my kidneys dont hurt. You have no idea what this means to me. My kidneys bother me every single day. I'm actually in tears over this. The bromalein in it has amazing medicinal properties, and the d-mannise does too. I've never been able to get rid of a uti with just store bought items. This was heaven sent. I've tried the Equate antibacterial uti meds a lot, and they do help with the urgency and discomfort but never take the uti away. By the time it was Monday and i went into the drs, the uti was gone. As someone who suffers from this, this is a miracle. I'm just an ordinary person who struggles with health issues. I dont leave reviews unless i absolutely love an item. I have been treating the painful symptoms of interstitial cystitis with this liquid Cystex for 3-4 years ago. The liquid version has D-Mannose in the ingredients which has been a supplement I've taken on its own that's helped as well!!! Taste is good. Def recommend for pain from IC or UTI's …. I also will add the azo pain tablets if /when it's really bad.

I think this Cranberry Prebiotic is fantastic - great taste %26 the main thing it keep me from getting anymore UTI's..........Drink daily.....

I like this product but the service is not good I ordered 6 bottles,got that then was sent a second 6 bottles which I returned %26 was charged double for the 6 bottles I returned ( 110 dollars) which I have not received!! Was told it would take 2 days to process it has been since Oct 16 %26 still no return on the money in my account!!
