Been taking this for the past month or so. It's nice to supplement with this if your pre-workout doesn't have L-arginine in it or if you take partial scoops (like me) if you're not ready for the full 160mg caffeine dose of most pre-workouts - which also cuts your dose of arginine. Anyway, taking this has increased my pre-workout pump - I'm a little more eager to go longer and harder. Definitely get more of a pump and recovery has increased, maybe not drastically but noticeably. I don't really sweat to begin with so I can't comment on that.

With aging, our testosterone levels begin to decline. I started adding D-aspartic acid from EVL to maintain healthy balance of Testosterone and it has been great. I mix it with apple juice which gives it a bit of tart aftertaste. My workouts have been consistent with good overall energy.

You can taste that this is actually D-aspartic acid. It's not a bad taste, just a unique citrusy flavor. This is a great product to take as a daily supplement to increase lean muscle mass. After couple months of taking it, I gained a noticeable amount of strength at the gym.

The product is OK. It should be helpful if you exercise as well.

I believe it's better to research the quality of the product rather than fall for misreported quantities (as with other products and brands). I felt an instant perk and boost that is intensifying in the minutes proceeding taking the recommended dosage (1/60 per day). I have had amazing result while using similar products in the past. I suggest doing your own research prior to purchasing any product that makes such claims.

he says its not enlarging enough.

This was my second order of this. I think I ordered my first one on Amazon. Yes, I believe they might be from the same manufacturer, however, the product purchased from Amazon arrived extremely fresh, whereas the one I received was stale and lumpy, leading me to discard roughly three-quarters of it, regrettably. however, the product itself least the one I got from Amazon, which was the same brand and the same name. Everything seemed to work well but I use it per my doctor recommendation for 12 days and then I would take a week off and then 12 days he said just keep your body from building up. He didn't say tolerance, but I assume something like that.

-waisted my money and my time -this item did more harm than good -this literally killed my sex drive, most of their products you usually feel something, whether or not it's tingling, jitters, headaches, or something but with this i felt nothing and felt like my sex drive was depleting since i started using this item
