We used this to anchor a large round float at the beach while on vacation which we could also use for our kayak. It worked great at the beach , held well and folded up nicely for travel in a small bag.

Works well didn't have a anchor for my kayak before and now I'm able to stay in the best fishing spots without being drifted away its easy and quick to use would definitely recommend to buy if in need of anchor for your kayak.

One reason I like it is because the whole thing is very compact and easy to transport for one Place to another. If I want to fish somewhere without floating away, I can easily just throw out the anchor to keep my kayak in that space. I love that the anchor line is reflective, which really helps when I go fishing in the dark.

I have used my anchor 3 times now. I anchor my kayak with this handy device when I explore other shores on Stockton Lake. I just throw it on the shore and it holds my kayak, while I look for special rocks on the shore. I highly recommend this device for all the kayk enthusiasts.

This product is great for lake kayaking, specially if you want to anchor and fish. Not too heavy so won't weigh boat down when not in use, yet heavy duty enough to hold boat in place when using.

I bought these to hold race marks. They work great. Since they are galvanized they should last a lot longer than painted anchors.

It's good; just the rope it comes with is too short to actually use while fishing or something on the actual water
