Same stuff they have at the shooting range.
I always keep a bottle of this around to clean up after reloading, or when I get home from the range. The soap has a pleasant scent and leaves hands feeling clean. As far as its ability to "remove heavy metals" how would I know? I'm not a scientist. But I feel like it's a useful safety measure to wash away lead particles.

Necessary for lead removal from person
Necessary after shooting range visits, regular soap doesn't remove harmful lead on skin. I also use as shampoo to remove lead from hair

This soap is excellent for range time, after you finish, just use a small amount and the bottle will last for a long time. Highly recommended
