Loved this i begin taking this i suffer with hypertension i kid you not i have been monitoring my pressure 2 times a day trying to keep it under control through diet a doctor mentioned to me about trying a mandose supplement so i searched it up on Walmart and decided to give it s try Wow i couldn't belive it i only tryed one pill about 30 minutes to an hour after a meal monitor your pressure and see if it works for you or take 2 pills as recommended but fir me its a trail run and i dont take it everyday only as i think i need it because i realized that it caused my pressure to drop a little low hey it wont hurt to try it out like i did everybody body is different but it worked for me and it offered great support Give it a try !

I had no trouble with the product I ordered. It was in the little package, but the driver also left a big box which was NOT mine! It was for another apartment and I had to carry it all the way down there. I can't walk very well and I use a walker. please tell FedEx drivers to look for the apartment number and not just the street address!! Thank you.
VERY disappointed BUT grateful I got a refund. Company has discontinued the D-Mannose FORMULA (which is what I ordered). Received D-Mannose with cranberry - which you can purchase almost anywhere.! Thankful I received a refund… but just be careful. DO NOT order the formula, which has several herbs in it cuz you won't get it.
BE AWARE, if you're wanting the D-Mannose Herbal Complex with the FOUR ingredients, they have changed the product and removed the Dandelion and Hibiscus, which are very important if you're wanting to prevent UTI's. The pictures on here still show four ingredients, but what they send you is a product that has ONLY DMannose and Cranbury, and NO Dandelion or Hibiscus.
I put a card number for my OTC my benefit card from AETNA. And i am in Mountain Home, Ar. and had put the address here in Arkansas and it was sent to my address in Bossier City, La. and my bank debit was used. But nothing i can do about it. My granddaughter picked it up from my apartment
