I RATED THIS Vizio 32" Smart TV although I have not as yet installed it for use as I purchased a Vizio 32" Smart TV a couple years ago and have been very satisfied with it....No complaints and I expect my new Vizio to give me the same good service when it is connected for viewing in another room.

Crystal clear picture! App menu very easy to use and rearrange. Only issues are volume seems low and there’s no sleep timer button on the remote. You have to go through several steps to set up a timer

Vizio TV's have always had a great picture and I wanted a larger size screen, so I ordered this 32 inch and was not disappointed with the size or the quality of the picture! Vizio TV's can not be beat on quality or price and I am totally satisfied!

This is a great little tv- wonderful pic, resolution great, apps are plentiful. Why not 5 stars? A bedroom tv is of ten played while someone else is sleeping. Bluetooth capability for headphones would make this a perfect little television.

Responds very slowly to the remote control, and the WiFi reception seems weak even when it is close to the receiver. Still a good cheap option for the money.

Once I got it working it works fine. However because there is no manual you do not know how to work the remote. I tried the web cite but it would not let me download the manual. I cancelled the pop ups but still no down load. I will keep trying.

I bought this as a Christmas present in late November. When it was opened for Christmas the TV in the box did not have the original packing and “bubble wrap “ was stuffed in the top to hold it in the box. The TV had problems when I tried to set it up, it kept going and continued to look for new software, basically would download and then start to search again. It also kept looking for a different remote control than what was sent to me. There was no instructions or warranty info in the box. I’m pretty sure that this was not a new TV and certainly it had been previously opened. I am not at all happy with this and returned it to Walmart. Hopefully my credit will come through.

The TV did not connect to the apps correctly. Also the sound was terrible. I tried to resolve the issues through Vizio, but could not. I had to return it to the store

I purchased a Vizio tv on July 7th and I am not happy with it. The tv will not allow my cable system to work. It will allow the built in features to work. I have contacted and had a tech assist me to get it working for a short while. When I turn the tv off it will not allow me to view cable programming. It will read service not available. I turned off the tv and lights start flashing. When I turned it back on got a blank screen. It will tell me to go to input and when I click the cable setting it goes to the loading screen but will not activate. Will be returning tv to Sams club today.

this unit would forget items plugged into the HDMI ports and the terrestrial tv antennae, it would also stop playing audio from any source. had to unplug the unit for a few seconds to get these things corrected.
