[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first modern flatscreen was a Vizio, and I've personally bought them both new and used ever since. I currently have 3 TV's (the 40", two 20" but one needs repairs) and a soundbar and they never let me down. This 40" I bought used and it is in rather nice condition, all the features work and the screen is clear and clean. If the previous owner was rough with it, you can't tell ... if they weren't and took care of it, then I understand becuase I would too. These are good TV's and they've never let me down, and even new they're still affordable ... at least until AI makes them expensive, lol. If you can get your hands on a Vizio, good, bad, left, right, new, used, today, tomorrow ... then do it ^_^

I RATED THIS Vizio 32" Smart TV although I have not as yet installed it for use as I purchased a Vizio 32" Smart TV a couple years ago and have been very satisfied with it....No complaints and I expect my new Vizio to give me the same good service when it is connected for viewing in another room.

It comes with works perfect and most importantly the picture quality is awesome. Navigating the screen is simple whether you're using the remote that came with the television or the VIZIO app.

The Vizio Free and other channels made it the perfect TV for me post-cable. Great picture - sound is solid. If you want a good sized TV for a fair price, this is a good buy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Second one of this model I've had, first one's speakers gave out. This one's had since issues that have since self- resolved. Appreciate the dimming abilities and lack of unnecessary LED when the TV's off. Lovely screen, easy to use remote. Cannot however stand WatchFree nor Vizio's updates to live TV on screen remote/channel changer. Used to be great/ normal, before WatchFree. Sigh

I bought this as a Christmas present in late November. When it was opened for Christmas the TV in the box did not have the original packing and “bubble wrap “ was stuffed in the top to hold it in the box. The TV had problems when I tried to set it up, it kept going and continued to look for new software, basically would download and then start to search again. It also kept looking for a different remote control than what was sent to me. There was no instructions or warranty info in the box. I’m pretty sure that this was not a new TV and certainly it had been previously opened. I am not at all happy with this and returned it to Walmart. Hopefully my credit will come through.

I was changing my internet provider and for some reason the TV wouldn't connect. This wasn't a new purchase- I had reset the TV to factory settings hoping to change the Network settings. All my other devices connected, so my assumption is that the TV is the issue.

I purchased a Vizio tv on July 7th and I am not happy with it. The tv will not allow my cable system to work. It will allow the built in features to work. I have contacted and had a tech assist me to get it working for a short while. When I turn the tv off it will not allow me to view cable programming. It will read service not available. I turned off the tv and lights start flashing. When I turned it back on got a blank screen. It will tell me to go to input and when I click the cable setting it goes to the loading screen but will not activate. Will be returning tv to Sams club today.

My TV has been working perfectly for the last 5 years. I registered the product through WalMart/Vizio and all the interface does not work; no apps, nothing. Researched the issues and it appears that registering created a barrier in the system. All option to correct did not help. The recommendation was to use a Firestick or similar to obtain access to the apps, making the premise of having a Smart TV obsolete.
