This rosin is packaged so well! It's very easy to apply, and only takes 2-3 swipes, and it keeps the rosin off your hands. The case shuts to keep rosin off of your other stuff so you don't end up with a mess, as well as keep little fuzzies and crumblies off your rosin. The best thing about it, though, is that it has a dial underneath that allows the rosin to be rotated so you get even wear, which saves money in the long run.

The D'Addario Kaplan Rosin comes in an attractive case, designed and easily used for one-handed use. A rotating dial at the bottom of the case allows the rosin to be turned, to avoid creating a groove, if so desired. All in all, very well designed and executed. The premium rosin is formulated using the original Kaplan recipe, which produces less dust, which helps to keep the instrument cleaner. Net, it works extremely well.

My dad played a violin so I learned to play but not so good. I am not in a symphony orchestra but I do use resin and this product is easy to use and is always covered in a very nice and expensive looking case. It is easy to open the case with one hand and draw the bow across the resin. It puts life back in the strings. I don't know why anyone would not like or use this. My dad used to fumble around with the resin and try not to get it on other things. When he was finished using it, he couldn't just stick it in is his pocket or set it down on just anything. You don't have to worry about that problem. If you know how awkward it was to use years ago, you would realize how nice it is now.

This is an amazing Rosen. It has its own case which is very helpful. When I use it for my violin, I can keep them all together and not worry about it getting misplaced or taken. This rosin works so well. It keeps the strings working great and lasts quite a while. It's definitely premium quality. I would definitely recommend this product to my friends and family.

I received the D'Addario Kaplan Premium Rosin with Case, Dark last week and now that I have had a chance to try it, I am very satisfied. It is good for the violin. The appearance of the dark rosin is excellent not sure if light is better but the dark leaves my violin with a very low amount of dust making it more pleasant to use. I don't have to clean the violin as often. The case is great too for storage and portability.

Got out my old violin from the closet to try D'Addario Kaplan premium rosin. After applying it and I started to play it was like music to my ears! Works really well and brought back lots of memories when I used to play alot. I like the compact case and it was easy to apply.

I really like that this rosin comes in a very pretty and elegant looking case that makes it easy to hold, use and when done with it, and store. As far as it's quality, I'd say it appears to be of veryhe rosin appears to be of very good quality. I would recommend it.

I like this rosin because it is on a nice black case. It has a dial at the bottom that you can turn to avoid getting a groove in the rosin. It's easy on my violin bow. It doesn't create a lot of dust. It has a nice smooth texture. It seems like it will last a long time. I've been looking for a good rosin, and I've found one.

I recently started violin lessons with a friend from church. That being said, my knowledge on the use of this product is minimal. However, I did find that the right amount of stickiness helps give a better string grip and the case is attractive.

This is a box of beautifully presented rosin. however after working with it for five minutes, it can not be removed from the casing it is housed in will not open. Therefore, it is impossible to use this product. It needs to be repackaged in a user friendly container.
