new review; support problem perfectly solved
yesterday I wrote a review of this product, complaining about not haing heard from a live human in tech support........and indicating (I think) that I had reached out to them again. I have not yet seen the review published, so I am guessing about the exact language. in any event, it is only fair that I write now to say that I have since heard form the company, and have found them *very* helpful. I had all the time I needed on the phone, the support troop knew, completely, what he was talking about, and the experience is now in the "definitely satisfactory" category. especially as my concern was about usage/process and not product quality (which appeared from the first, to be fine), I am also glad to note that I would purchase more from this company if I needed to.
