Fresh clean smell, light weight and feels great! Easy to squeeze bottle also love that you can see inside the bottle so you know when it is running out!

Shipping lol
Great product, shouldn't take 3.5 weeks to get from CA to KY! Maybe it was on horseback or hitchhiked across the few states lol

This conditioner leaves a lot to be desired. It feels heavy ib the scalp. I had troubke washing it completely out of ny hair. It does leave a nice fragrance but in terms of effectiveness, it isnt up to the mark in my opinion.

Runny (but great smell)
I used to absolutely love this product. But they've changed the formula or something as it has gone from being wonderfully thick like greek yogurt to running out of my hand before I can get it into my hair. I love the smell and the tingle, but the apparent reformulation is awful. I called American Crew to report how runny it is and they suggested that I buy from a certified dealer - which I am - but the same watery product has been purchased multiple times (I've even returned a couple of bottles). I think I'm done dealing with this and will find another minty conditioner.
