my blood pressure is all over the place, sometimes I would forget my meds, and now that I am going through chemo I can also keep track of my temp. which my norm is 96.8 so I can keep track if I am getting a fever--love this thing! I feel as though it helps me regain some sense of control of my health!
This book has a place to record everything my doctor asked me to monitor. I don't need to monitor my blood sugar, so I just marked through "b/s" and wrote "wt" to monitor my weight. I can take this neat record with me for my doctor to see. I love the room designated for medications, dose, when taken, etc. !! With my forgetfullness, this is easy to look at the book and know if I took my last dose as directed. I wish it had a plastic cover.
I have found this small, compact book really helpful in keeping information about my health. The size is perfect and the organization is wonderful. Easily recording my medications AND my blood pressure in the same book has simplified this important process.

i don't know how it is, i never received it! hey Walmart, have your delivery ppl take a pic when they drop off the item. i had THIS and three other packages shipped to my diabetic father, across town, was told they were delivered.... but in fact, they were not.
