Upon opening of the bottle the smell was delicious. The pill looks so cool with a capsule inside a capsule and that oil in there also. I took my first pill at 8:30 pm and when I woke at 4:40 am I used the bathroom. I struggle with regularity and gut health so it was a pleasant experience to already see results from a product. I can't wait to see what using this product everyday does for me.
The supplement smells and tastes good which is the multi action benefit of this multivitamin. My 2nd supplement by them, similar but different. Yes. Go for it. For all around health and balance.

Usually I don't notice any difference but after taking this for a couple weeks I started to notice my digestive issues were getting better and I was becoming more regular. I don't know if it was affecting my hormones directly but I know when my gut is functioning properly it helps keep hormone balanced. This was super easy to take. The capsule wasn't too big so easy to swallow and there wasn't any taste. I will definitely be buying these from now on.
