Very thin material. No insulation. No cushion for comfort.The most minimal insole possible. Glue from insole was on top of one of the boots. Was delivered in a clear plastic bag that had been vacuumed to remove excess air. Both boots were folded over each other. There was no foam used to maintain the shape of the boots. Would NOT Recommend
