i gave a 3 star for ease of use because it is hard for me to pull back but im not very strong. i gave a 4 star for comfort because i think it would be a good thing to enlarge the grip so it fits better. otherwise I recommend this slingshot. i use it to scare away squirrels trying to eat the bird seed. I pop the tree trunk and they scatter.
The F16 slingshot is everything the B52 model isnt and is...you dont need a B52 or a P51 when you master the simple mechanics and opposed digits needed to use the F16. When the rubber band wears out or starts to tear I cant decide whether to buy a whole new F16 or to get the rubber band for 2 bucks less than the slinghshots actual frame itself.......overall a great buy for $8. Id definitely recommend it to anyone and everyone with $8. The compact and mobilitly of the F16 are worth more than the other Daisy models because any able bodied person that can lift 10-20 pounds (the heaviest thing ill ever pick up is a 5 gallon water jug) can draw the pull needee to fire a sustained shot. So if youre good at physics, you can use granite rocks/pebbles for ammo and decide what rock weighs enough for what kind of shot, the distance and range and all that. A perfectly shaped pebble you pick up off the ground can actually go over a football field in distance but im not accuratley measuring it nor do i have a chronograph to test. I do know for certain if that projectile hit you it would mess you up, given the parameters of its velocity, inertia and mass of the projectile being launched. You dont really have to buy ammo. In fact i never have....call me old fashioned or trashy but the best ammo are pebbles on the ground suited for use as a projectile. I walk around town and shoot at street signs and whatever i feel like (no cats or dogs tho lol) and its literally too much fun to have wherever i go. You dont need a wrist attachment like the B52 model its easy enough to draw the rubber band as it is. If you ask me, other models are just too ridiculously innovated given that if youre a good shot youd learn on the basic F16 whether you meant to shoot for accuracy or just the ballistics of the shot.... Seriously Daisy makes 3 models....the only one you need is the basic F16. Dont go for the outlandish attachments and swag just learn how to effectivley use the F16 and you will learn to master the skill of using a slingshot in due time using pebbles or ammo of your choice. A great way to spend time AND 8 bucks for sure!!!!!!!
I haven't had a slingshot since I was very little, which was ages ago. I've been wanting one just to shoot out into the woods behind my house for fun. Quality and price are great. I love it! I bought non toxic, biodegradable, clay ammo for it. I'd buy this slingshot again, if needed.
A very simple item that was put together well. It's an easy to use device, plus it's safe to use.
perfect for keeping the pest away
daisys the best. would suggest f16 for adults and b52 for younger ones. both get the job done
It's a lot of fun, I bought them for my grandson's, but I play with it too.
lite weight great for kids inexpensive
Delivery time was absurd I ordered it for a gift and it did say I'd get it in 2days and I got it 1month later. It's ridiculous and it was made horribly, cheaply made very disappointed
"The package (envelope) was in good condition, but the product itself was not. The plastic box was opened, and the strings were in poor condition, as if someone had tampered with them."
