You won't miss the MOO
My husband can not eat dairy due to kidney issues. This cheese is the perfect replacement for dairy cheese. It works well as grilled cheese sandwich and the grated Daiya cheddar works well for tacos and burritos.

Good option for dairy free
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had some not great dairy alternative cheeses and didn't know what to expect with this. I was pleasantly surprised. I actually used it to make a quesadilla in order to see if it would melt and make the same texture. It did!

Great dairy alternative
A good alternative to dairy cheese. Texture is good, taste is close enough when used with other foods, for instance, grilled cheese, or tacos. I even melt it in a bit of plant milk to make macaroni and cheese. Works for me since I can't have dairy.

Had better vegan cheese
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Daiya's vegan cheese is okay. It didn't really have a lot of flavor but the melting texture is okay and works as a vegan friendly cheese replacement. I don't like the taste of this enough to really use it though. Needs more onion or garlic flavors.
