My girl loved this backpack, the only issue we have is that the Buckle on the front comes off from time to time. We are able to strap them back on but if she ever lose one she will be "buckleless".

it's nice and roomy but started falling apart on the first week of using it. all the buckles fell off and the tassel (pulls) for zippers, so it's hard to keep it closed

how do you ship something that you know is broken?! well THEY DID it looks like they sent me a used backpack. if it wasn't school policy i wouldn't have got it, but i had no choice. don't do it. TOTALLY NOT WORTH IT!

BROKEN TWICE
Ordered this item twice and both times the snaps arrived broken. Used the second one I ordered because I was tired of returning it and it is already falling apart. The zippers have now broke off. DO NOT ORDER THIS BACKPACK.....
