i would have preferred an extra battery. but I was pleasantly surprised that it had a chain oiler, and the battery still checked as full charge after doing a fair amount of work, so i am very pleased overall. only problem is walmart won't ship the bar and chain oil I ordered. Guess I have to buy that from Amazon....

Priced well. Cuts easily. Suggestions. I had another brand and it broke but I learned a few things. While using stop to check chain tension, adjust before continuing. Although the manual doesn't specify this (the other mini saw did), I add chain %26 saw oil to the blades, a few drops. I also use a small blower to clear the vents and debris. I cut several bushes/trees with great results. While it cuts very well and thick branches this isnt a super chainsaw so don't overuse. Other 21V batteries will work. I had from my other saw. I took a picture of the tension and blade direction so months from now I can see wothout guessing.

So convenient for shrubby and small trees

It has nice power. I went around cutting everything I could find. All different size branches. Sliced with no problem. Took it to my brother s house and went cutting happy. He has a privacy tree. It's now a privacy twig. I almost cut myself cause I was having tons of fun cutting away branches. All on one battery. Best self gift.

I have two fruit trees and other trees that need take off from my back yard. Using a handsaw was so hard for me and I wanted something that I could handle that was safe. This chainsaw was just what I was looking for. It is small and light weight but has the power and features to do the job. Make sure you read the manual and follow the safety guidelines. I like that the batter and charger are included.

It is just the right size for me to trim/cut what I need to without having to wait (and wait and wait and wait an..... you get the idea) It's light, easy to hold (even if your hands are small like mine) easy to use and cuts like the big boys and has a lot of safety features. After lots AND LOTS of searching for one of these, I KNOW the price is reasonable, with everything that comes with it. You need one of these to cut/prune your way to un-jungle freedom.

Sometimes there's not always somebody to help me in my garden, I am a small person and I'm very scared of bigger power tools, so to purchase this miniature sized Chainsaw, it was just the right size for my little hands, I was able to cut through thick branches by myself, I didn't need any help this tour made it very safe and easy for me to get all my chores outside then, I love the fact that it comes with an extra battery not that I had to use it but it's nice to know that if you're in the middle of doing something you always have the extra back up, really solid tool, And there's not a lot of steps that you have to take except for press the button and it's on.

It started out really good. I was pleased with it. The second time I used it I had only been working a couple of minutes when is started smoking and died.
