Not a good choice for school. It won't last.
It's not water proof or water resistant. It's fabric and even though looks nice it's not what the picture show it the description Pockets is good but zipper was not closing completely.

Looks can be deceiving
The bag looks nice but the zipper broke on the first day of school. The strap will not stay tight.
