DampRid Fresh Scent Drop-in Tab Moisture Absorber Refill, 15.8 oz., 2 Pack

I have used other damp rid products and was very pleased with the amount of water it took out of our basement. It is a big downstairs so we use 2 units. If you aren't ready to invest in a dehumidifier, they are reasonable and help deter odors like musty litter boxes.

I have been using this product for many years, I count on Damp Rid to keep my Bathroom dry !

It saves money to buy refills, I moved to a new hm and I lost the original container for this shape tablets, and I bought a huge disposable container, when it was all liquid I poured out the liquid removed the paper and sat the the round tablet shape on it with out cover and sat it back in my laundry room out of the way it works perfectly but I will buy the correct container later but, I love these cause they work well last long and saves me money

I have used DampRid since it first came out. I would not recommend anything less. When I got the opportunity to try the drop ins, I didn't have the container these are meant for; but I did have an empty container of their that has the beads. These drop ins are convertible to any container and work just as splendidly! The scent is refreshing and very airy. I use this is my bathroom where I store our luggage and this helps tremendously! I've always had a moisture issue in this one bathroom, and damprid does the job and helps keep my luggage dry and smelling fresh at the same time! it's also an awesome alternative to using electricity for the exhaust fan while you're taking a shower. These tablets help absorb all the heat and moisture while in the bathroom.

I use this product in my large basement family room. Even with a dehumidifier and a sump pump in the basement, it would still smell musty. These damp rid refillable tabs were the only thing that has worked at keeping the air pleasant in our basement. These great deodorizers give off a light scent but are not overpowering. Each tab lasts a long time and because you can check visually to see how much the have dissolved, you'll know when to replace a new table or empty any moisture in the waste area. That part too is convenient and easy to use.. When it's empty, I just pop in another tab. Game changer!

I have always used Damp Rid in the boxes with much success. When I got these drop in tablets, I was curious as to well they work...I was not disappointed!! Slip right into the container and non-electric container and it works like a breeze! The place I use these most are inside our gun safe, as moisture can ruin a gun, as you well know. The moisture is contained in the bottom of the “fan” and our guns are protected! The second place i use these are my bathroom to wick away the moisture from the shower. Amazing! I would highly recommend.

Here in Florida, we get a LOT of rain. Tropical weather creates a hot bed for mold and mildew in the closets and small spaces under the kitchen sinks, bathroom sinks and those kinds of areas. I used this product under my bathroom sink. Within 2 days, I had 2 inches of water in the bottom of the container. And it smells so good under there. Much better than it has ever smelled. I definitely will be buying more of these, that is for sure! The camera on my phone stopped working so I do not have a picture of how it works. But I guarantee it does a great job!

This review is for DampRid Fresh Scent Drop-in Tab Refill - 2 Pack Moisture Absorber. You need to buy the actual unit separately. It works pretty good. The tabs are about the size of a hockey puck and last a long time. I would definitely recommend it.

I used this product in my laundry room. The smell is pretty nice, but strong. For the short time I've used it, it seems to draw the dampness and musty smell from the air.

I didn't realize that these tabs were "refills". However, I was able to purchase a starter kit and the refills fit fine. The first week showed little or no change in humidity but the kit filled quickly with water. Changing was a problem Had to use protective gloves to remove the used tab. I wasn't crazy about flushing the water down a toilet. In spite of using gloves, I did burn one of my fingers. While unlike others, I did not find the scent offensive as I use the hanging Damp Rid packs in my sheds. I wouldn't recommend this product to any family with children or pets as curiosity runs high in both. I will stay with the hanging packs as they are much simpler to use: unfold, hang up, then dump when water is filled in bottom with no safety problems.
