The hanger gets moisture out of our gun room where we don't want any moisture. We've been able to quit using our dehumidifier. Plus the scent from the product is very pleasant. The refills are super easy to use and very effective. I highly recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always use damp rid in the winter months especially to keep down moisture in our add on addition because it has no vents in it. It eliminates that musty smell and leaves the clean fresh scent of the crystals smells.

The two-pound amount in this packet gives me four refills of my 11-ounce container, which is great! It comes with clearly explained instructions to avoid confusion. The only thing I would like to improve is the sealing system of the bag because once opened you must be very careful when closing it because if you leave it a little open the pearls will begin to absorb moisture and get damaged.

Scented damp-rid refill is a joy! The granulated powder-filled bags can be used to more economically refill different applications at home, office, gym - anywhere! I use in my closet after a few rainy days. I would give 5 stars, but has become rather expensive.

It was confusing to see this item arrived from Home Depot, until checking revealed a cheaper price. Purchase directly to avoid a huge mark up. This is a deceiving practice.
