Dan-O’s® Outlaw Butter Dust - All Purpose Seasoning Great for Grilling, 6.9 oz

Absolutely love the flavor of this! We use in place of regular butter for seasoning when we bake and add some to our baked potatoes on the outside when we bake them, and then with regular butter on the inside (been able to cut down on the amount of butter we use now).

I am addicted to Butter Dust! it is great on everything, including vanilla ice cream! I add some to my pasta water, so good! Makes steamed vegetables pop with flavor! Grill a steak with Preem-O and right before the steak is done, add some pop-pop of Butter Dust to finish it off. Highly reccomend this!

This seasoning is so good and has a lot of flavor. You can use it so many different things from veggies to different meats. The bottle didn't last long. Highly recommended.

I never thought I would say this but I use unsalted butter on all my cooking dishes. I have a great beautiful wife and she loves to cook for me but I like to cook also so we share the job. This butter dust is really great 👍. Makes everything better. I cooked Salmon last weekend and I tried the butter dust method instead of putting 6 pats of butter on top of the salmon I covered both sides with butter dust and sea soning. Turned out great and delicious. No extra butter needed sprinkling on the bottom and then cooking it on the pitboss outside at 350. Open no tent the juice from the salmon used the butter dust from the bottom of the salmon and the butter dust on the top melted and kept the top moist. It was the best salmon I’ve ever caught and cooked (caught it on a fishing trip to Washington state 42#. Shipped it home to Louisiana). Wild Salmon is really great with Dan-os

Took awhile to receive item no fault of seller but took a week’s vacation in Denver. Guess it wanted to go skiing. So didn’t get here till after new year, so haven’t been able to use on my Christmas/New Year’s appetizers. Was the snow storm slowed USPS.

I really enjoy cooking and finding different ways to use Butter Dust. I especially like on my Buffalo Wings on Sunday. I also like it on several grilled sandwiches as well. Keep up the great work. Butter Dust is a favorite of mine. I put in on everything. I also add it to the water when boiling rice to give it extra flavor. Sprinkle on everything. Great stuff!

I love buttered popcorn and I thought this would be a nice touch to add to my skinny pop or Lesser evil popcorn. Although it does have a buttery taste it was too salty for me. I am sure it will be good though on a steamed veggie or some sort of protein.

After delay upon delay for delivery, it finally arrived. When I opened the bag, seasoning went everywhere. The lid was partially off and when I took it all the way off, the safety seal was sticking up halfway. Therefore there was no way I was going to try it. I emailed the seller through Walmart which assured me a response within 48 hours. Guess what?? Nothing! I have been loyal to Dan ‘Os. I’ve got lots of their seasonings and use them every day. But no more.

I bought this because I was intrigued. Tried it on a few items and didn’t really care for it. I would rather use real butter and add other seasonings.
