I just received this washing machine, at first I thought it would have been a bit smaller, but on it arrival I was so excited to see how big it looks inside. Well to my surprise , it way better than I expected! Great machine. Haven't tried it yet, but I have already loving it!!

So far it has been excellent. There is a bit of noise on spinning, but I will have to check to see that I have installed correctly. I love this machine.

Washer is quieter than expected. Installation was relatively easy. No problems with first 2 loads. Pleased with washer

Just did my first load. So far so good. My only complaint is the quick connect doesn't fill and drain from the connection. Drain hose does not attach to quick connect portion.

Washer seems to work well, but I have to say that it lacks more specific operating instructions. Hose connection to tap has been leaking; had toresort to pliers to tighten properly. The machine makes funny noises when working.

Easy to setup and use once it is connected to water supply. Does not take long time to do a load. Quieter then I thought it would be. Only drawback is the quality of the casing and lid hinges,,, too easy to break. Hinges should be stronger then plastic,,, maybe metal would be better.

Had an older model of this washing machine, hoping this one last as long as the last one. Needed it to fit into the same space as the old one. Instruction to hook up water lines hard to understand.

I have a Danby countertop dishwasher, dehumidifier, and portable air conditioner. So I expected to like this washing machine. I really wish I could have got another Haier to replace my old one. This thing stinks! Literally. The smell coming off the plastic, and yes, it's all plastic, is horrendous. I have to open my window while it's running. It smells slightly less just sitting there. The power cord is short. The drain hose is really short. It can't be draped over the faucet like my old Haier. It has to be duct taped to the counter, and I have to babysit the machine while it's working, to make sure the drain hose doesn't fly off. On normal setting, it won't fill with enough water to actually get all the clothes wet. And just one rinse never gets all the soap out. I'm using only a few drops of soap too. I wash everything on the jeans cycle, to get enough water, and 2 rinses. It does spin the clothes well, getting much over the water out. That's the only star it gets. Only the front feet adjust, and there's no lock on the adjustment, so it changes as soon as you move the machine. So much needs to be improved on this machine. Save your money.
